Custodian Wardens are known among their comrades as watchmen of unwavering patience and cold blood. When they accept the robes of their office, they solemnly swear to serve as immovable sentinels, a living bulwark girded with auramite that no foe shall breach. Each Warden swears a personal oath, written by himself after a year of contemplative meditation on the precipice of the Potentate Tower. To break their vow would be worse than death for such warriors, and their determination to uphold it strengthens their already formidable will to a frightening intensity.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a squad of 5 Custodian Wardens. They are instantly recognizable by their ceremonial robes and auramite armour, which gives them a splendid appearance – as always with the Adeptus Custodes, covered in carved symbols of the Emperor, with Imperial eagles, lightning bolts, gems and filigrees galore. Each of them can be armed with a choice of a Warden’s Lance or a Castellan’s Axe, with the kit including 5 of each. The kit’s helms, plumes and greaves are interchangeable, allowing you to configure your Wardens to your liking.

The kit also includes an optional Shield-Captain, who has 2 bare heads, a unique breastplate and pauldrons, and his own ceremonial robes – he is armed with a choice of a Warden’s Lance or a Castellan’s Axe, plus a Misericordia. Additionally, one of the models can be assembled as a Vexilus Praetor – in addition to the standard choice of weaponry, he wields a splendidly ornate Vexilla.

This kit is supplied as 78 components, plus 5 Citadel 40mm Round Bases.
